What systems does Onboarded integrate with?

Onboarded connects to ATS platforms (Bullhorn, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, TempWorks), HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, Paylocity), background check providers (Checkr, Sterling, HireRight, Yardstik), identity verification (Persona), E-Verify, e-signature, and WOTC screening. Custom integrations are available via API for systems not in the marketplace.

How long does integration setup take?

Most customers are live within weeks. Onboarded configures integrations as part of implementation. Once active, integrations are maintained on Onboarded's side. You don't manage the connection or handle updates when a connected system changes its API.

How is this different from using Zapier or an iPaaS tool?

Zapier and iPaaS tools move data between systems. Onboarded orchestrates work with compliance context built in. When an event fires, the system determines what should happen next based on role, location, client requirements, and policy rules, then executes the right step automatically. Data movement is a byproduct, not the point.

Does Onboarded have a Salesforce integration?

Yes. The Salesforce integration maps to the Salesforce objects you already use. Field mapping (inbound, outbound, or bidirectional per field) is configurable without code. Existing automations and reports stay intact. It's built for how high-volume hiring teams use Salesforce, not a generic data connector.

What does the Onboarded API support?

The API supports triggering onboarding from any external hiring event, reading and writing worker and placement data, querying compliance status in real time, and connecting systems not covered by native integrations. It is available for all core platform actions. Documentation and an OpenAPI reference are at docs.onboarded.com.

What if our system isn't in the Onboarded marketplace?

Custom integrations are built via API. Onboarded can receive events from and push data to any system that supports webhooks or an API. If your platform touches the hiring workflow and isn't listed, reach out. Onboarded is building toward an open integration framework for any HR tool.
